Please be advised the 3rd party network provider has resolved the outstanding fault.

All outstanding settlements for transactions taken on 14th September have now been successfully submitted and will process through the clearing systems overnight.

No further delays will occur on the outstanding transactions.

Please be advised that due to 3rd party network fault, our settlement processing has been delayed. Funds for transactions taken 14th September 2022 have therefore not been processed today. This will unfortunately delay the transfer of your funds to your merchant accounts and delay any refunds being transferred to your cardholders by at least 24 hours.

The network provider is working on the resolution as a priority and we continue to monitor the situation.
