Please be advised we have now rectified the currency conversion error in Tru-Insights reporting and have recreated the Tru-Insights reports.

The new reports are now available on the SFTP server for collection.

Please be advised an error has been identified in currency conversion calculations for Tru-Insight reporting for transactions captured yesterday 2nd March 2023. Customers using this reporting method may experience inaccurate balance figures in their reports today.

Statements and reports for customers who authorise and settle in the same currency are unaffected.

This issue impacts reporting only and does not affect real time authorisation of settlement payments processing.

We are treating the issue as a matter of urgency. We will provide further updates in due course. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
